Atlanta dog boarding
Keeping your dog safe and comfy at night

Bring your dog to Bark & Board for Atlanta’s best dog boarding. Our West Midtown location offers easy access to Buckhead and Midtown; while our Brookhaven location is convenient to Buckhead, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs and Duluth. While you’re away, you can be sure they’re having just as much fun (or more!) than you are. Fur guests enjoy all-day free play daycare and at night, they get tucked into individual dog boarding kennels for a sound, safe sleep.

Our overnight guests have a full range of boarding options. Whether they stay in our standard dog boarding kennels or in one of our private luxury suites (details below), each pup has his or her own space for sleep and rest, with classical music piped throughout.

To help ensure your pup’s continued comfort and health, we clean and sanitize daily. Most importantly, your dog is not alone. A resident staff member is available overnight, every night.

Suite Dog Boarding at Bark & Board for those discerning pups

Our suite boarding guests get extra pampering, with more dog boarding space in quiet, tranquil suites away from the other boarders. Our special suite area is climate controlled with cozy lighting, and pups sleep on special Kuranda cot style beds, which keep them cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

Amenities range, all the way up to our Presidential suites, with 24/7 personal web cams, TVs for their viewing pleasure and large windows for a sky view with sunshine beaming in throughout the day.

Some Dog Boarding Specifics

All dogs must be up-to-date on their vaccinations for rabies, bordatella (kennel cough), DH-L or A-PP and the H3N2 flu. All puppies MUST complete their final round of adult vaccines prior to attending their first visit. This is so their immune systems are more fully developed and protected prior to entering a large group environment. We also need a completed and signed Boarding Agreement.

To help make your fur kids stay more comfortable and feel more like home, parents may bring their pup’s personal bedding, food, treats, and toys (no raw hides or balls, please). We’ll take care of the rest, including the food bowls. We do offer house food for a small daily charge.

Daycare is included in every dog boarding stay. Dog boarding prices include a 24-hour period from drop off to pick up, with a 4-hour grace period. After that, an additional daycare charge applies, NOT another night of boarding. Have multiple fur kids to board? Additional pups can be boarded in the same kennel or suite and receive a multi-pet family discount.

Want a clean pup at pickup? We can schedule a go-home bath or groom so your pup is fresh and clean when it’s time to leave.

To ensure we have enough boarding space for our overnight guests, we require reservations. For more information on our facilities, including boarding rates, please visit our West Midtown or Brookhaven pages. Or, come visit us in person! We’d love to give you a tour and talk to you about our love for dogs plus our frequent visitor rewards program for repeat guests.

What Our Customers Are Saying

  • We use Bark & Board for boarding during long weekend trips and holidays. We are confident that Roxy is safe and well cared for during her time away from home. I would suggest Bark & Board to any of my fellow pet owner friends!

    Fur Kid: Roxy
  • I can relax and let Bark and Board take care of my bro while I’m at work supporting his life of leisure.

    Fur Kid: Dugg
  • I know Teddie receives a lot of attention especially when I walk in and the staff race to see who can take him from me or get him for me. It makes it easy to drop him off there when you know he is cared for in a similar way that I do.

    Fur Kid: Teddie
  • Woody, a Pekingese and a rescue with abandonment issues, gets so excited when we drive into the parking lot of Bark and Board. We tried a couple of other daycares, but the “free play” suits Woody well and he is more comfortable with the smaller sized dogs at B&B.
